About the role
GRUPPO DE SANCTIS, azienda operante nel settore delle infrastrutture, costruzioni e delle ristrutturazioni, ricerca un/una Assistente Tecnico di Cantiere Edile da inserire presso un cantiere sito a Roma.
Principali responsabilità
Supporto al Capo Cantiere nella gestione operativa delle attività quotidiane.
Coordinamento delle maestranze e delle imprese subappaltatrici.
Verifica dell'avanzamento lavori nel rispetto dei tempi e degli standard qualitativi.
Analizzare gli elaborati grafici relativi alle lavorazioni affidategli per organizzarne e monitorarne la realizzazione in conformità agli stessi;
Gestione della documentazione tecnica e amministrativa di cantiere.
Supporto nella contabilità di cantiere e nel monitoraggio dei materiali.
Interfaccia con fornitori, tecnici e committenti.
Requisiti
Diploma di Geometra o Laurea in Ingegneria Civile/Edile o Architettura.
Esperienza in cantieri edili.
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di AutoCAD.
Capacità organizzative e di problem solving.
Costituiscono titolo preferenziale
Esperienza nella gestione della sicurezza di cantiere.
Utilizzo di software gestionali e di contabilità lavori.
