EDIL COMPANY Srl , Azienda operante del settore degli appalti pubblici e privati, ricerca figura di Direttore Tecnico di Cantiere/ Responsabile di Commessa da inserire nel proprio organico.
La figura si occuperà di:
- Gestione cantiere: sicurezza, computi metrici, contabilità lavori, gestione subappalti - Supervisione generale. Rapporti con DL e committente. - Gestire il project management delle commesse, verificando il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi, del budget, assicurandosi il buon esito delle stesse; - Gestire l'aspetto tecnico ed economico delle commesse;
Il candidato ideale:
- è in possesso di Laurea in Ingegneria Edile, Architettura, abilitazione Geometra.
- ha esperienza nel settore della gestione dei cantieri di 2 anni
- ha padronanza di software di progettazione Autocad,
- ha padronanza di software di contabilità Primus e nel pacchetto Office;
- Partecipazioni a gare di appalto e rapporto con PA
Completano il profilo spiccate doti gestionali e di flessibilità
Retribuzione: €1.300,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
