About the role

back office assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure a company runs efficiently. They operate "behind the scenes" to handle non-client-facing tasks like data entry, inventory management, document processing, and financial record-keeping. [1, 2]Core Responsibilities

Data Management: Input data into company systems, maintain accurate databases, and create daily, weekly, or monthly reports.

Administrative Tasks: Handle daily clerical duties such as printing, filing, organizing documents, and managing email communications.

Financial Processing: Process invoices, record receipts, and assist in reconciling accounts and bills.

Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels, anticipate material needs, and order new supplies when required.

Team Support: Coordinate with sales, HR, and front-office teams by sharing information and assisting with their administrative needs.

Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, maintain staff calendars, and manage incoming/outgoing packages.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar business software.

Organizational Abilities: Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain an orderly office environment.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and the ability to spot and correct discrepancies.

Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with various departments.
