A Back Office Assistant provides critical administrative and operational support that keeps a business running smoothly behind the scenes. They primarily handle data entry, document management, record-keeping, inventory tracking, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure front-end teams have the resources and accurate information they need.Core ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Database Management: Accurately update, digitize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems.Administrative Support: Prepare internal reports, manage spreadsheets, and handle office correspondence.Inventory Control: Monitor and order office supplies and pantry items while tracking usage.Internal Coordination: Schedule meetings, relay messages between departments, and assist the front office when necessary.Accounting Assistance: Record petty cash expenses, process invoices, and support payroll or billing tasks

Pay: ₹8,277.49 - ₹28,850.25 per month
