Back Office Assistant
About the role
Data Management: Accurately update and maintain company databases, spreadsheets, and digital or physical filing systems.
Administrative Support: Handle correspondence (emails, mail), draft reports, photocopy documents, and organize schedules or meetings.
Inventory & Procurement: Monitor office supplies, manage stock levels, and place orders for pantry and stationery items.
Coordination: Act as a bridge between internal departments to ensure smooth operations and process project-related tasks or orders.
Customer & Vendor Support: Assist with billing, process orders, and field internal or external queries when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
