About the role
Job responsibilities included :-
Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
Obtain quotations from vendors and compare pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Resolve supplier-related issues and discrepancies.
Prepare procurement reports and purchase analyses.
Support negotiations with vendors to achieve cost savings.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and operations teams.
Required qualification: -
Engineering diploma in Mech, ENTC, Electric
1 to 2 yrs of experience in purchasing and procurement
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
Knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
