About the role

Job Summary

The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, maintaining records, coordinating with various departments, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Management

Manage daily administrative operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.

Coordinate with different departments for smooth execution of activities.

Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

Communication & Coordination

Act as a liaison between management, staff, parents, and external agencies.

Draft official letters, notices, circulars, and reports.

Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.

Facility & Resource Management

Supervise housekeeping, security, transportation, and maintenance services.

Monitor availability and procurement of office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate vendor services and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Staff Supervision

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.

Monitor staff attendance and administrative records.

Assist management in implementing administrative policies and procedures.

Planning & Operations

Develop and implement administrative systems and processes.

Assist in strategic planning and operational improvements.

Ensure effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

Resolve administrative issues and provide practical solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.

Experience in educational institutions will be preferred.
