About the role
We’re Hiring: AI-ML Engineer
Experience: 2-4 years (full-time experience exclusive of internship)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Location: Pune (Kothrud) | Onsite
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled AI-ML Engineer with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on expertise in Machine Learning & Generative AI. If you are passionate about building scalable AI solutions and working on cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI systems, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop & deploy ML and GenAI solutions
Work on LLM-based applications (prompt optimization, fine-tuning)
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Develop Agentic AI workflows / autonomous agents
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering & model optimization
Build scalable backend systems using Python
Work with structured & unstructured data (SQL, databases)
Deploy & manage AI models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions
Must-have skills
Strong OOPs, Data Structures & Algorithms
Proficiency in Python & design principles
Hands-on with Git (version control)
ML concepts & implementation experience
Generative AI exposure (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI)
Prompt Engineering expertise
Responsible AI understanding
SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL
Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) – Azure preferred
