About the role

As our socially led Marketing Manager, you will be reporting to and supporting our Head of Brand Marketing. This is a very hands-on role with a lot of variety. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering brand or product launch campaigns, social media strategy and ongoing management, content briefing and PR for the Lifely and Cushie brands. Leading a small team of one or two people, including a social media, content and styling specialist and possibly an influencer coordinator, as well as day to day management of the social media agency and PR agency to support you in driving growth across the social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Setting the strategy and execution of social media activity across our brands: Lifely and Cushie in both Aus, NZ, USA, CA, UK and SG.

Planning and executing marketing campaigns such as new product launches, brand ambassador collaborations or sales campaigns across the full marketing channel mix (social, website, email, PR)

Content planning for monthly execution by our agency or internal team members, ensuring deliverables are briefed and completed on time and in full by our agency or internal team members

Weekly and monthly performance analysis and interpretation, sharing results and key insights with the team

Liaising with the performance marketing team to provide ad appropriate content, reviewing performance and updating strategy based on insights

Liaising with the email team when required for campaign launches that require email support

Liaising with the ecommerce team to ensure marketing campaigns are consistent with website activity and promotion

Overseeing community management team, ensuring SLA’s are met

Assisting with any special event planning or photoshoots such as consumer activations or influencer events

Requirements

5+ years experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on social media

Completed a degree in marketing, commerce or similar.

Expertise in social media management, analysis and content creation.

Marketing campaign management experience.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Comfortable using AI agents to improve productivity and fuel our growth.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Comfortable being in front of the camera for the occasional piece of content.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
