Ihre Aufgaben
Full‑Cycle‑Recruiting für ärztliche und nicht‑ärztliche Profile
Anforderungsaufnahme mit Fachbereichen, Erstellung und Multiposting von Stellenanzeigen
Active Sourcing (LinkedIn, XING, Fachforen, Talentpools), inkl. telefonischer Direktansprache
Bewerbungsmanagement: Screening, Erstgespräche, Koordination der Interview‑Stages, Feedback
Research & Marktanalyse
Boolesche Suchen, X‑Ray/Google‑Suchen, Wettbewerbs‑ und Klinik‑/Praxis‑Mapping
Aufbau und Pflege von Long‑/Shortlists für Executive‑Search‑Mandate
Ansprache & Candidate Experience
Zielgruppenspezifische Outreach‑Sequenzen (E‑Mail, InMail, Telefon), A/B‑Tests von Messages
Betreuung von Kandidat:innen bis zum Onboarding, Termin‑ und Angebotserstellung
KI‑gestützte Recruiting‑Exzellenz
Einsatz von KI für Stellenprofile, Suchstrings, Erstentwürfe von Anschreiben, Interviewleitfäden
Prompt‑Design, Qualitätskontrolle, Daten‑/Bias‑Check und DSGVO‑konforme Nutzung
Kontinuierliche Prozess‑ und KPI‑Optimierung mit dem Team
Dein Profil
Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, Research, Vertrieb/HR oder im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil; Quereinstieg möglich
Hohe Affinität zum Gesundheitssektor
Sicher im Umgang mit Sourcing‑Methoden (Boolesche Logik), Social Media und Telefonansprache
Freude an strukturiertem Arbeiten, Verbindlichkeit, Service‑ und Ergebnisorientierung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, souveräne schriftliche Kommunikation
Neugier auf KI‑Tools und datengetriebenes Arbeiten; sicherer Umgang mit MS Office/Google Workspace
