We have a clear goal: one million vehicles managed on our platform by 2027. We are already at 730,000. The next chapter is about execution, and that is where you come in.

Why We Are Looking for You

Are you a Fleet Manager, Mobility Coordinator, or Logistics Professional who loves optimizing routes, negotiating vendor contracts, and finding smarter ways to run operations? Do you find yourself wishing the software you used daily was smarter, faster, and more intuitive?

We are creating a Talent Pool of Fleet Experts to join our Go-To-Market teams. You don’t need prior tech sales or software experience to thrive here. We will teach you the SaaS playbook, you bring the industry expertise.

Potential Roles You Could Fill

Depending on your strengths, career goals, and interests, your industry background makes you a perfect fit for a few different paths at Shiftmove:

Customer Success Manager (CSM): You will partner with our existing clients post-sale. Because you’ve walked in their shoes, you will help them implement Shiftmove smoothly, drive software adoption across their teams, and ensure they are getting maximum ROI.

Account Executive / Sales Specialist: You will connect with prospective clients (other fleet managers and business owners). You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding their operational headaches and demonstrating exactly how Shiftmove can solve them.

What You Bring to the Table

Industry Insider Knowledge: You have several years of hands-on experience in fleet management, logistics, mobility, or corporate operations. You know what a bad day in fleet management looks like, and you know what success looks like.

Empathy & Communication: You can easily build rapport with everyone from corporate executives to drivers and dispatchers.

Problem-Solving Mindset: You are naturally curious, analytical, and love finding tech-driven solutions to operational bottlenecks.

Adaptability: You are excited about transitioning from traditional operations into the fast-paced, innovative world of software-as-a-service (SaaS).

Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
