Due to our continued success, we are currently looking for a Product Manager employed in Berlin or as a freelancer in germany.

Your tasks

Product Strategy & Revenue

Funnel Management & Conversion

Risk Management Through Product

Work with Risk Department to manage portfolio quality while keeping strong commercial domain

Build segmentation that reflects both profitability and default rate

Support decisions that balance growth, approvals, risk, and long-term value

Align offer and decisioning logic with responsible lending principles

Retention & Lifetime Value

Unit Economics & Profitability

Compliance, Legal & Regulatory

Ensure product design and communication comply with consumer lending laws

Keep a clear distinction between mandatory and voluntary product elements

Work with Legal and Compliance on new launches, changes, and disclosures

Analyze product complaints from customers, partner banks, and regulators and turn them into improvements

Analytics & Experimentation

Lead product analytics across funnel, approval, conversion, take-up, retention, revenue, and profit

Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion and customer lifetime value

Build business cases and review post-launch performance

Use data to find friction points and prioritize opportunities

Cross-Functional Leadership

Your skills

Required Experience:

4+ years of Product Management experience

Experience in digital consumer lending

Strong understanding of lending products, customer acquisition funnels, and credit risk concepts

Experience working with data-driven decision making

Proven track record of launching and scaling digital financial products

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product and portfolio metrics

You have confident and practical English language skills, German would be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in subprime lending or near-prime consumer finance.

Understanding of underwriting, credit scoring, fraud prevention, and collections processes

Knowledge of German and EU consumer lending regulations

Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and product analytics platforms
