About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. CRM Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry and hands-on expertise in Highrise ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, sales coordination, post-sales processes, collections, and maintaining accurate customer data within the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer records, bookings, agreements, collections, and post-sales activities using Highrise ERP.
Maintain and update customer information, lead status, and transaction details in the ERP system.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, and project teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor payment schedules and follow up on pending dues and collections.
Generate customer, sales, inventory, and collection reports through Highrise ERP.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding payments, documentation, project updates, and possession.
Track customer interactions and maintain complete records in the CRM/ERP system.
Prepare MIS reports and support management with data analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–7 years of experience in CRM or customer relationship management within the real estate industry is mandatory.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Highrise ERP Software.
Strong knowledge of CRM processes, customer lifecycle management, and post-sales operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
