Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, Tally, GST, and Income Tax compliance. Experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and book-keeping.
Handle accounting entries in ERP and Tally.
Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Manage GST compliance, return filing support, and reconciliations.
Assist in Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance matters.
Prepare MIS reports and accounting schedules using MS Excel.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
Proficiency in ERP Software, MS Excel, and Tally.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Experience in the Real Estate/Construction sector will be an added advantage.
