Job Description: Accounts Executive About us DC Furnishing is a retail store specializing in premium curtains, sofa fabrics, and home furnishings. We are committed to providing our customers with quality products and exceptional service. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage billing, invoicing, and timely GST compliance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate sales bills, purchase bills, and invoices. Ensure all invoices are created, verified, and issued on time. Maintain daily records of cash, credit, and online transactions. Coordinate with the GST consultant/CA for timely filing of GST returns. Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly. Maintain records for input tax credits and output GST liability. Keep financial documents and invoices organized for audit and compliance. Assist with basic bookkeeping and maintaining ledgers. Support management with monthly sales and expense reports. --- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or retail accounts management. Strong knowledge of GST, invoicing, and basic accounting principles. Proficiency in Tally / MS Excel / Accounting Software. Attention to detail with good organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Narayan Peth, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
