Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support depot operations data processing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing operational reports, maintaining accurate records, tracking vehicle and inventory data, and providing management with timely MIS reports for decision-making. Experience in transport, automobile, fleet, or depot operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to depot operations.
Track vehicle utilization, breakdowns, maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and trip reports.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare dashboards for management review.
Ensure accuracy of data entry and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with operations, stores, maintenance, and accounts teams for data collection.
Analyze operational data and identify trends for process improvement.
Maintain records for audits and compliance requirements.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF Functions, Dashboards).
Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems preferred.
Good understanding of depot, fleet, transport, or automobile operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, Computer Science, Statistics, or any relevant field.
Certification in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or MIS reporting will be an added advantage.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in MIS, depot operations, logistics, transport, fleet management, or automobile industry.
Experience working with depot/fleet operational reports preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in CNG/Electric Bus Depot Operations.
Knowledge of fleet management and spare parts tracking.
Ability to handle large datasets and generate management reports independently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
