Job Description (JD) – Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Koregaon Park Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Follow up on inquiries and provide timely responses to customer needs.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
