Job Description
Tissa Technology is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 0–3 years of experience in B2B marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, and performance marketing.
This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can plan and execute marketing strategies to generate quality leads and improve online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns
Manage PPC and SEM campaigns (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads)
Execute email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
Create marketing content such as blogs, case studies, landing pages, and video scripts
Perform SEO activities including technical SEO and on-page optimization
Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics and performance reports
Optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (B2B preferred)
Strong knowledge of Lead Generation strategies
Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of SEO and SEM tools
Experience with Email Marketing tools
Good communication and content writing skills
Knowledge of Google Analytics and HubSpot is preferred
Experience with Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, or Canva is an advantage
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred
