Accountant Executive
Company: Healing Hands Clinic Job Location: Dhole Patil Road, Pune. Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
Healing Hands Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the clinic's financial records, taxation, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime, GST compliance, and accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Generate financial reports, MIS reports, and monthly statements.
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate with management regarding financial planning and budgeting.
Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com preferred).
Proficiency in Tally ERP and Tally Prime.
Mandatory knowledge of GST and GST filing procedures.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
Experience in healthcare, clinic, or hospital accounting will be an added advantage.
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.( Start Range- 15,000 to 30,000 )
