Sr. Accounts Executive – Real Estate
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Making Highrise ERP entry.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and RERA regulations.
Verify, check, and book vendor invoices and contractor bills accurately.
Process receipt and payment entries and maintain proper accounting records.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Prepare statutory reports and support audits as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for financial documentation and compliance.

Preferred Qualification
B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in the real estate/construction industry preferred.
Hands-on experience with Highrise ERP is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,608.06 - ₹41,388.52 per month
