Position Title : Finance Executive

Reporting To: Finance Manager/Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Executive with 1-3 years of experience in financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for daily accounting activities, financial record maintenance, and assisting in reporting and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable

· Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements

· Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal ledgers

· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Monitor and manage cash flow and expense tracking

· Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements

· Support budgeting and forecasting processes

· Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI

· Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors

· Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reviews

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

· Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally,

· Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)

· Familiarity with statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI)

· Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· High attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance)

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
