About the role
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage accounting activities along with inventory and stock management functions. The candidate should have experience in maintaining stock records, preparing financial documents, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring accurate inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day company stocks
Prepare and process purchase entries and journal vouchers.
Prepare GST-related data and support statutory compliance
Assist in monthly and yearly account closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
Inventory & Stock Management Responsibilities:
Maintain stock records and inventory details accurately.
Monitor incoming and outgoing material entries.
Update stock records in Excel and ERP software on a daily basis.
Conduct physical stock verification and periodic audits.
Ensure proper storage and material arrangement.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Track damaged, excess, and shortage materials.
Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue records.
Monitor dispatch materials and delivery status.
Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
Investigate and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Inventory Management.
Knowledge of Tally, ERP Software, MS Excel, and inventory systems.
Understanding of GST, accounting principles, and stock control procedures.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Manufacturing, Engineering, Electrical, Earthing, Metal, or Industrial Products Industry.
Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days Preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
