As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of our service contracts and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across our Parking Systems, Security Systems and Automatic Door divisions.
The Role
The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance, repair and reactive service activities while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing service performance, coordinating operational resources and acting as the primary escalation point for contract-related issues.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the delivery and performance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all contracted client sites.
Monitoring service performance metrics and implementing improvements to ensure contractual obligations are consistently achieved.
Acting as the primary escalation point for operational and service-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication with customers.
Coordinating service engineers, subcontractors and support teams to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
Managing planned preventative maintenance schedules and reactive service activities.
Producing regular operational and performance reports for customers and senior management.
Identifying opportunities for service improvements, contract enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Ensuring accurate contract administration, including quotations, variations, out-of-scope works and invoicing requirements.
Supporting the mobilisation of new service contracts, system upgrades and additional service offerings.
Maintaining comprehensive service records, site documentation and compliance information.
Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational management background within a technical or Security service environment and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary operational teams effectively.
Prioritise workloads and respond calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Analyse operational data and implement improvements to drive service excellence.
Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Ensure contractual obligations are met while maintaining commercial awareness.
Experience & Skills Required
Proven experience in a Site Manager, Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Contracts Manager or similar role.
Experience within the automatic doors, security systems, parking systems, building services or related technical sectors would be highly advantageous.
Strong organisational, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with service management, CRM and ERP systems.
Full driving licence.
