Global Travel Product & Conversions Manager
About the role
DG Ventures is building a global travel sales operation across Ireland, Scotland, Europe and international destinations.
We are looking for a commercially minded Global Travel Product & Conversions Manager to help ensure that every travel enquiry has a solution.
This role is responsible for building relationships with travel suppliers and partners, creating destination options for customers, and helping our sales teams convert more enquiries into bookings.
If a customer wants to travel somewhere we don't currently operate, your job is to find the right solution quickly.
This is a fast-paced role that combines travel product management, supplier relationships, operations, and commercial thinking.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Build relationships with global travel suppliers and partners
Source new travel products and destinations
Create destination alternatives for customers
Work with sales teams to improve conversion rates
Coordinate itinerary creation and package pricing
Build systems that allow enquiries to be turned around quickly
Ensure no sales opportunity is lost due to destination limitations
Track conversion performance and supplier effectiveness
What We're Looking For
Travel industry experience preferred
Strong organisational skills
Commercial mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills
Fast-paced and solution-oriented approach
Experience with travel products, operations, or supplier management is advantageous
