I’m working on a retained search for a consulting business hiring 4 Manufacturing Consultants.

You will drive improvement work across client manufacturing operations, solving complex process and performance challenges tied to yield, throughput, capacity, waste, scrap, cycle time, and operating efficiency.

Around 2+ years’ experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, operations improvement, or similar
Background in process-heavy, steady-state manufacturing environments
Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Strong grounding in core engineering, maths, physics, and science principles
Ability to lead projects, solve problems quickly, and build credibility on client sites
Willingness to travel 4 days per week - This is a non negotiable - 4 days on clients site
