About Us
Hightrans Group is an established transport and logistics company with operations in Queensland and Victoria. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment allocation and follow-up of outstanding accounts
Process Accounts Payable, including supplier invoices and payment preparation
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations using Xero
Reconcile contractor and driver invoices and payment records
Assist with month-end financial reporting and record maintenance
Liaise with external accountants and provide supporting documentation as required
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
Provide general administration support to management
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance, accounts, bookkeeping or similar role
Strong working knowledge of Xero
Good Microsoft Excel and Office skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Desirable
Experience in the transport, logistics or freight industry
Experience managing Accounts Receivable and credit control
Experience working with multiple business entities
