Hospitality Business Development ManagerLocation: Remote – Anywhere in AustraliaSalary: $55,000 Base + Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE $120,000–$150,000+)About ZEROAt ZERO, we're on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic from everyday products without compromising performance.Our innovative range of plant-based and plastic-free products is already used by leading hotels, hospitality venues, retailers, and thousands of Australian households.As demand continues to grow, we're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Manager to help our footprint across Australia's hotel, quick service restaurant and hospitality industries and more.The OpportunityThis is a fully remote role with flexible working hours.You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with hotel decision-makers, and introducing ZERO's commercial product range into hotels and hospitality groups throughout Australia.You'll work directly with General Managers, Executive Chefs, Procurement Managers, and operational leaders to help hotels reduce waste while maintaining operational excellence.Our founders will support key in-person demonstrations and major account meetings throughout the East Coast, allowing you to focus on building pipelines, creating opportunities, and driving new business growth. You will be supported by a back-office team that can send emails, pricing documents, and product samples, as well as manage invoicing and respond to product-related enquiries, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing sales.Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new hotel, quick service restaurant and hospitality opportunities + more, across Australia.

Build relationships with General Managers, Executive Chefs, Procurement Managers and operational leaders.

Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn and networking.

Qualify opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.

Coordinate founder demonstrations and customer meetings.

Follow up prospects and convert opportunities into recurring customers.

Maintain CRM records and sales activity.

Develop opportunities for hotel group rollouts and national partnerships.

What We Offer $55,000 base salary plus superannuation - OTE $120,000–$150,000 with the potential to go higher.
