Anytime Traffic Control delivers on-ground traffic management crews across Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia. We keep worksites, road projects and events moving safely — and we’re growing fast across every state we operate in.
The role
We’re hiring a National Business Development Manager to drive new business and lead our multi-state growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle: identifying opportunities, winning new clients, growing tender and contract pipelines, and building the industry relationships that underpin long-term work.
This is a genuinely national role with autonomy to shape how ATC expands. You can be based anywhere in Australia, with flexibility to travel interstate as the role requires. You’ll work directly with the director and operations leadership.
What you’ll do
Win new clients across civil, construction, infrastructure, utilities and events
Identify, prepare and grow tender and contract opportunities nationally
Drive expansion into new regions and strengthen our footprint in existing states
Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, principal contractors and government bodies
Work closely with operations to ensure we deliver on what you sell
What you’ll bring
Proven BD or sales success, ideally in traffic management, civil, construction or a related field-services industry
A strong existing network in infrastructure, roads or construction (highly regarded)
Experience with tenders and contract negotiation
A self-starter mindset comfortable working autonomously across multiple states
Flexibility to travel interstate as required
