Business Development Manager – Victoria
Active Facility Services is a growing Melbourne-based commercial cleaning and facilities management company with over 10 years of industry experience. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and our client base across Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new commercial cleaning and facilities management clients.
Conduct site visits and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
Prepare and present service proposals and quotations.
Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales activity reports.
Achieve agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong hunter mentality.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service-based sales is highly desirable.
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Victoria.
