About the role
Working closely with the National Sales Director this role will be based from our Melbourne office and you will be responsible for obtaining new soft and hard services contracts within both the private and government sectors. The appointment of this role is integral to the Company in its desire to capitalise on the numerous opportunities that exist in Victoria and nationally.
Successful client relationship and negotiation skills are key to this role. You will develop profitable new business through prospecting and tendering. Demonstrated ability to seek out opportunities, estimate work, contribute to writing and coordinating tender submissions, present to clients, and closing the sale are key responsibilities. You will provide accurate and thorough reporting to management ensuring communication is always open and transparent.
What we are looking for
Client Acquisition
Be responsible for winning new contracts for your State and participating in National contracts.
A network of contacts that will allow you to grow the Victorian business.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business accounts
Assist with promotional events to our Sales opportunities and develop our brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.
Commercially astute with the ability to critically analyse data and information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High standard of personal presentation.
