Sales Executive
About the role
Your responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating superior product knowledge.
Create a unique shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome.
Build strong relationships with clients as well as creating networks.
Be an ambassador of the Harry Winston House at all times.
Participate in pre-selling events.
Reach and surpass the sales targets.
Support the team and be actively involved in the daily running of the Salon (ensuring proper presentation, storing, etc.).
Execute day-to-day visual merchandising, maintenance of displays and reporting
Your profile:
Strong luxury retail and jewelry and timepiece experience
Strong knowledge of and passion for diamonds and precious stones
Very high level of intrinsic motivation and willingness to learn and grow
Bachelor degree is a plus
Graduate Gemologist is a plus
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work as a team player
Computer literacy
Flexible to retail working hours
Fluent in German and English
Swiss-German and additional foreign languages are a plus
Activity rate: 100%
Starting date: As soon as possible
