Broker Support – Insurance
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Specialist to join our National client support team. In this role, you will join a team of Client Managers and Client Executives with varied portfolios of national corporate clients ensuring seamless support to both internal and external stakeholders and adhere to the highest standards of service delivery.
Aon is looking for a candidate preferably some experience in the construction industry The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing their insurance career and committed to delivering excellence in client service. We value individuals who are proactive, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What the day will look like
Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!
Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
Engaging in communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reports
Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about a career in insurance and have strong administration and customer service skills.
