Salary
$60,000–$80,000 base salary + bonuses, dependent on your experience and prior skillset
Full-time position based in our North Adelaide office
What You’ll Do
Own a portfolio of client accounts as their main point of contact
Build strong, long-term relationships and understand what each client is trying to achieve
Run client check-ins, performance reviews, and reporting conversations with confidence
Translate client goals into clear briefs for our SEO, Google Ads, Web, and Social teams
Manage expectations, handle escalations, and resolve issues calmly and professionally
Identify risks early and spot opportunities to retain and grow accounts
Keep your accounts, communication, and tasks organised within our systems
This role is best suited to someone who already understands the fundamentals of client management and is ready to take ownership of their own portfolio.

Who We’re Looking For
At least 12 months’ experience in account management, client success, customer service, stakeholder management, recruitment, property management, or another relationship-driven role
Confident managing client relationships and leading conversations
Calm and professional under pressure, particularly when handling escalations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes
Motivated by delivering great client experiences and building long-term relationships
Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)
Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, web, or social media marketing
Experience managing a portfolio of accounts or clients
Experience with CRM and project management software
A track record in client retention, renewals, or account growth
Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently and improve client outcomes
