Tutero is an Australian education technology company building AI learning products used by students, families and schools. Design carries our brand and shapes how the product feels. We are hiring a Multimedia Designer to own the digital content we produce across every format and channel.
The Role
You will design and develop digital content across multiple media: graphics, video, animation, motion, audio and interactive web. You will take work from brief to finished asset across our product, website, social channels and advertising. This is a full-time, ongoing role based in our Melbourne office four days per week.
What You Will Do
Create two and three dimensional digital images, motion graphics and animation for web, social, advertising and product
Produce and edit video and audio content, from short social clips to brand and product films
Develop user interface designs and produce interactive and multimedia content for digital platforms
Create digital illustrations, graphics and visual assets that meet the creative requirements of each project
Turn briefs, sketches and specifications into finished multimedia content across formats
Keep visual and brand consistency across all digital media
Produce digital advertising and social content in static, animated and video form
Work with marketing, product and leadership to define content needs and produce the work
Manage and archive multimedia assets and source files
What You Will Bring
At least 5 years of experience as a multimedia designer or equivalent, producing digital content across multiple formats (graphics, video, animation and motion, UI and web)
A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates multimedia and motion work, not only static graphics
Strong skills in industry standard design, video and motion tools (for example Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Figma)
The ability to take a project from concept to finished asset independently
A strong eye for brand, composition and detail
Formal qualifications are not required. We hire on demonstrated experience and portfolio.
What We Offer
$85,000 plus superannuation
A central design role on our team where your work goes out and gets seen
A Melbourne office, four days per week on site with one day flexible
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
