Project Manager | Napa, CA | $140,000 – $180,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity:

Some projects are just buildings. Others shape the next generation. Our client is one of the Bay Area and Wine Country's most established general contractors — a firm with a proven track record, a reputation built over decades, and a growing portfolio of K-12 education projects across Northern California. They're now looking for a Project Manager ready to take ownership, deliver with consistency, and make a lasting impact on the communities they build for.

If you've been building schools and educational facilities and know what it takes to navigate the unique demands of K-12 construction, this is your next move.

What You'll Do:

You'll manage K-12 construction projects end-to-end — from pre-construction planning through final closeout — keeping budgets tight, schedules moving, and stakeholders informed at every stage. You'll coordinate subcontractors, liaise with school district representatives, and ensure every project meets the compliance and safety standards that come with building in active educational environments.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of project management experience in commercial or education construction

Hands-on K-12 or public sector project experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with DSA (Division of the State Architect) processes and requirements

Confidence managing subcontractor relationships and owner communications simultaneously

A methodical, accountable approach to schedule and budget management

Compensation:
