SALES MANAGER

Salary: $90,000 -$150,000 + Bonus (Based on Experience)

Join our Team as Sales Manager!

Responsibilities

Communicate directly with customers in a professional manner that reflects the company’s values and brand.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Eurostampa products and effectively articulate their value to customers.

Develop comprehensive customer plans and targeted communications to drive sales growth.

Leverage sales expertise to build a strong pipeline and close sales opportunities.

Clearly and promptly communicate customer expectations to internal team members.

Manage customer and/or order expectations with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment.

Liaise with the customer on an ongoing basis.

Apply market knowledge to promote the company’s image and sales.

This is an outside sales position that requires most activity to occur outside of the office.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Competencies And Qualifications

Label and packaging experience.

Analytical.

High customer service effectiveness.

Change-management skills.

Strategic thinker.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.

Familiarity with printing production process, raw materials, and equipment (preferred but not required.)

Familiarity with CRM software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sense of responsibility and accuracy.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods, including during client meetings or facility tours. Must be able to lift and carry sales materials, product samples, and presentation equipment up to 25 pounds. Must be able to travel regularly to client sites and trade shows. Ability to carry 40 lbs. as needed throughout production. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to distinguish and differentiate between colors to ensure accurate printing of labels.
