Pay Range

$90,000 - $100,000 or more per year of total compensation.

What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of sales and service professionals while driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Santa Rosa market.

Key Responsibilities Include

Lead, coach, and motivate a sales-driven team to achieve and exceed performance goals

Drive double-digit revenue growth through strategic sales execution and market expansion

Deliver our promise of High-Quality Service (HQS) by building strong partnerships with customers

Monitor sales performance, key metrics, and market opportunities to maximize results

Partner with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Maintain accountability for sales results, growth initiatives, and key performance indicators

Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

We’re seeking a motivated leader who combines strong sales instincts with the ability to inspire and develop others.

Qualifications Include

Leadership experience in B2B or outside sales environments (service or distribution industry preferred)

Proven success achieving year-over-year sales growth

Experience managing sales performance and driving aggressive growth targets

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

Valid driver’s license (role includes travel within the territory)

Successful completion of pre-employment screening
