Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to take ownership of building and scaling complex backend platforms. This role is central to shaping system architecture, guiding engineering practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of reliable and high-performance software solutions.

You will play a key role from concept through production—partnering with product and engineering teams to define technical strategy, design robust systems, and lead execution across the entire development lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both deep technical expertise and strong collaboration skills.

rLead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems that support multiple products and services

.Translate business needs into clear, well-structured technical solutions and architectural blueprints

.Drive end-to-end system delivery, including development, testing, deployment, and post-release operations

.Own architectural decisions and ensure consistency, performance, and resilience across the platform

.Guide engineering teams on coding standards, best practices, and modern development methodologies

.Oversee deployment and infrastructure strategies using containerization and orchestration technologies

.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Infrastructure to deliver high-impact solutions

.Take accountability for production stability, including incident management, root cause analysis, and preventative improvements

.Mentor engineers and contribute to building a strong technical culture

tsSolid experience (5+ years) developing backend systems in production environment

s.Proven ability to architect and deliver distributed, microservices-based systems at scal

e.Strong background in system design, including multi-service and platform-level architectur

e.Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies for managing distributed application

s.Proficiency in Java and familiarity with additional languages such as Python, PHP, or JavaScript framework

s.Experience designing and optimizing relational databases (e.g., MySQL), including schema design and performance tunin

g.Strong understanding of software development best practices: testing, code quality, CI/CD, and version contro

l.Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audience
