仕事内容:

[About Our Center] We are introducing a ground-breaking project—the first of its kind in Japan—that combines high-quality English education with specialized child development support (Ryoyu). Our facility supports children from ages 3 to 15 (preschool to junior high school) who have special needs or developmental challenges. Through fun, interactive, and structured English activities, we help children build confidence, communication skills, and social abilities in a supportive and caring environment.

[Key Responsibilities]

Lead English Activities & Lessons: Conduct engaging, interactive English sessions (about 3 to 4 hours per day) customized for children with special needs.

Support Child Development (Ryoyu): Use English as a tool to support children’s daily growth, communication skills, and social interactions alongside Japanese professional support staff.

Create a Fun Learning Environment: Use songs, games, crafts, and storytelling to make English learning accessible and enjoyable for every child.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Japanese licensed child care staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment tailored to each child's individual needs.

[Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)]

Language: Native-level English speaker OR fluent Bilingual Japanese speaker with excellent English communication skills.

Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with children and a strong interest in child development, special education, or therapeutic care.

Experience in special education, teaching English to young learners, or child care is highly preferred, but passionate candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply!

[Key Responsibilities]

Pick-up/Drop-off Services: Drive and assist with the safe transportation and welcoming of children.

License Required: Valid Japanese Driver's License is MANDATORY (Required for child transportation duties).

勤務時間・曜日:

・Shift :5 days a week(Weekdays only)

・Work Hours: 14:00-18:00

Additonal Oppotunity for More Hours:

If you would like to increase your working hours, we can offer 2-3 hours of curriculum and materials development tasks before or after your lessons. This works is highly flexible, and you can perform these duties at your preferred time.

休暇・休日:

・Flexible schedule : Lesson dates and times are determined through mutual consulation between you and the client.

・Public holidays & Sundays: Basicaly off(unless both parties agree to hold a session.)

・Year-end/ NewYear & Golden Week : Basicaly off(unless both parties agree to hold a session.)

・Personal flexibility: Since this is a part-time role based on 12 sessions per month, you can easily adjust your days off to fit your personal schedule.

勤務地:

Location : client`s office in Takamatsu city.

アクセス:

・Primary Location : Near kotoden Ritsurinkoen station, Takamatsu city.

・Access: Just 1 minute walk from the station

・Note: Excellent access via public transporation. Free on-cite parking is available. Full tranporation expenses are covered.

給与:

・At least￥50,000 completion/ renewal bonus(paid after 6 months upons successful contract renewal.
