This is a tech-forward investment firm with trillions in AUM, a dominant ETF platform, and the appetite to move aggressively in artificial intelligence.You’ll lead a team of 40 across AI, ML, data science, and data engineering, owning the strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of AI initiatives across the business. The focus is to build and scale LLM-driven systems, develop intelligent workflows, and clearly articulate and deliver measurable business impact.The three key areas that you will be responsible for are the following:Leading the enterprise-wide adoption of AI via Microsoft Copilot by defining strategy, building scalable capabilities, and enabling teams across the organization to leverage AI effectively.Driving the evaluation and incubation of emerging AI technologies and frontier models, identifying new opportunities to create business value and maintain a competitive advantage. This individual will help translate cutting-edge AI advancements into practical, enterprise-ready solutions.Establishing and scaling the organization's agentic AI development practice by defining best practices, governance, and standards while enabling hundreds of engineers to effectively utilize AI-powered development tools and workflows to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.Salary: $250,000-$300,000 plus bonus and enrollment into LTIP program.Please note that this role can be based in NYC, Atlanta, or Houston and will be 4 days onsite.No up-to-date resume required.
