About the Opportunity Are you a high-agency engineer who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments? We are a highly ambitious, well-funded Enterprise AI startup looking for a foundational Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our tight-knit team. Engineers with Y-Combinator or similar high-velocity startup experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Our proprietary systems are built for unprecedented speed and reliability, and we need versatile engineers to scale our platform to handle billions of interactions annually.
What You Will Do
Own Massive Impact: Take end-to-end ownership of critical product lines, from scoping and architecture through to delivery. You will drive major workstreams that directly unlock significant revenue and shape our growth trajectory.
Architect for Scale: Build out our real-time platform, customer dashboards, and analytics pipelines. You will make principled decisions under ambiguity to lay the foundations for a massive enterprise platform, utilizing our core stack of Python, TypeScript, and React.
Customer-Centric Engineering: Work closely with enterprise customers in forward-deployed settings to translate their practical needs into immediate product decisions.
Clear Path to Leadership: You will join as an individual contributor but with the explicit expectation to grow into a leadership role. You will help hire, delegate, and mentor the next wave of engineers as our team scales rapidly this year.
Compensation & Details
Base Salary: $200K - $280K + Competitive Equity.
Location: In-person preferred (New York or San Francisco).
