Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
About the role
Position Overview : The Business Development Executive - Inside Sales will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, sharing quotations, following up with customers, converting enquiries into confirmed orders, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The role includes both B2B Sales and B2C Sales, with regular CRM updates, payment follow-up, quotation follow-up, customer coordination, and internal coordination with accounts, inventory, dispatch, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities : - Lead Generation & Prospecting - B2B Sales Responsibility - B2C Sales Responsibility - Customer Calling & Requirement Understanding - Quotation, Follow-up & Sales Conversion - Sales Target Achievement - CRM & Reporting - Payment, Order & Dispatch Coordination - Customer Relationship & Repeat Business
Required Skills : - Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. - Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills. - Ability to handle both B2B and B2C customers. - Basic technical understanding of automotive tools, garage equipment, tyre shop tools, pneumatic tools, hydraulic tools, and industrial products. - Good computer knowledge and CRM handling ability. - Disciplined approach for daily reporting and follow-up. - Customer-focused attitude with ownership of sales closure and monthly target achievement.
Qualification : - Graduate in any stream. - MBA Marketing or technical background will be preferred. - Automobile, tools, equipment, industrial product, or sales background will be an added advantage.
Experience : - Fresher with strong communication skills may be considered. - 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, business development, B2B sales, or B2C sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
