Job Title: GST Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented GST Executive to manage GST compliance, return filings, and related taxation activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling GST processes, responding to notices, and working with accounting tools. Prior experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns) accurately and within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with GST laws, rules, and regulations.
Handle GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries.
Reconcile GST data with books of accounts and identify discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to gather required financial data.
Stay updated with changes in GST laws and ensure timely implementation.
Key Skills & Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in GST compliance and taxation.
Preferably worked in a CA firm environment.
Strong knowledge of GST return filing and compliance procedures.
Experience in handling GST notices and assessments.
Hands-on experience with the GST portal.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts efficiently.
Proactive approach to handling tax-related issues.
