Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive – Growth to drive customer acquisition, revenue generation, and business expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of consultative selling, relationship management, and SaaS-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target industries.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.

Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective clients.

Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle.

Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM system.

3. Sales & Client Acquisition

Understand client requirements and position Sekel Technologies' solutions effectively.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.

Prepare customized proposals, commercial agreements, and business presentations.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close deals.

Drive customer acquisition and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

4. Account Growth & Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted business advisor.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Participate in renewal discussions and support account expansion initiatives.

5. Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion

Identify and establish strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth.

Explore new markets, industries, and customer segments for expansion opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.

6. Reporting & Performance Analysis

Track sales performance, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts.

Prepare regular reports on business development activities and growth initiatives.

Analyze market data, customer insights, and sales trends to recommend growth strategies.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities in the CRM system.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Growth roles, preferably in a SaaS or Technology company.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of SaaS products, MarTech, Hyperlocal Solutions, or Digital Marketing platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
