About the role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive who will manage client relationships along with handling basic accounting and financial coordination. The role includes client communication, billing, payment follow-ups, and ensuring smooth financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:Client & Sales Coordination:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
Act as the main point of contact for client communication
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Ensure timely delivery of products/services
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:
Generate invoices and ensure timely billing to clients
Maintain records of sales, payments, and outstanding balances
Follow up with clients for pending payments and collections
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with internal accounts team for financial updates
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and transactions
Assist in preparing financial reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Track credit limits and ensure adherence to company policies
Support in GST documentation and basic compliance (if applicable)
Customer Support:
Handle customer queries related to billing and services
Resolve issues efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
