About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Account Executive with hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and overall accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, etc.)
Calculation and filing of TDS returns
Maintain purchase and sales records
Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
Assist in finalization of accounts
Coordinate with CA for statutory compliance and audits
Maintain proper documentation and records
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com preferred
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GST & TDS compliance
Proficiency in Tally / Busy / accounting software
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling end-to-end accounting
Knowledge of payroll processing (added advantage)
Ability to work independently
