About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer with strong expertise in Django and React to support our Lead Software Engineer in building scalable dashboards, APIs, and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should possess excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with AWS services, and a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Django (Python) and frontend applications using React (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases to support large-scale applications and data pipelines.
Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using AWS services such as ECS, Fargate, CloudFront, RDS, and S3.
Collaborate with senior engineers to modernize existing systems and improve application performance and reliability.
Participate in debugging, testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code (preferred), to improve productivity and automation.
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and system specifications for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Django (Python) and React (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, development, and integration.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, including ECS, Fargate, CloudFront, RDS, and S3.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Claude Code or other AI-assisted coding tools.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
