Business Segment Overview

This role will primarily support retail operations, with involvement in commercial initiatives as strategic priorities evolve.

Responsibilities:

Position / Department Purpose:

As a Product Analyst for the CRM Product team, you will join a small tightly knit team that supports our CRM. Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside a cross-functional, global team including Product, CRM development, and Marketing to analyse, optimise, and build innovative Marketing technology solutions that align with business objectives.

In this role you will function as an intermediary between CRM Development and our stakeholders supporting new business requests, transformation projects, managing the product backlog and working to build innovative features/services in the CRM ecosystem for our end-users.

This is a very fast-paced and high-visibility role requiring excellent communication skills, ability to listen to end users and work on your own, sometimes with little supervision. The role will suit someone looking for a challenging and exciting role, who is creative, able to think on their feet and not afraid to make decisions.

Primary duties will include:

Conducting analysis and documenting processes. Proactively recommending and implementing solutions to improve system performance, usability, and data accuracy.

Working with the product manager and wider team on analysis and implementation of new features/services that will help improve our global CRM capabilities.

Monitoring product performance recommending solutions to problems for maximum operational efficiency.

Managing end-user requests in Jira through to delivery, translating or refining any unstructured or ambiguous requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning.

Supporting new initiatives with requirements gathering, solution analysis, and obtaining development estimates.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

High level of English written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and professional way.

Experience scaling CRM platforms for Sales, Service, Operational and Marketing purposes is highly desirable.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

Experience working against Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Experience with Atlassian development and collaboration tools, specifically Jira and Confluence would be beneficial.

A team player, with a demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve alignment and business results across multiple teams who may have different goals.

Complex and innovative problem-solving, a proactive attitude, attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

Strong work ethic and ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Organized & disciplined; can manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a highly matrixed, global organization across multiple time zones.

Understanding & or experience of trading and investments (products/services/industry) would be beneficial.
