Role Overview:
You'll join as Director of Engineering, leading the Data Insights team - the group responsible for the data visualisation dashboard that turns billions of data points into the insights their 350+ enterprise customers rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow an engineering team, setting technical direction and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Own the roadmap for data visualisation surfaces – dashboards, charts, reports and exploration tools used by global marketing teams.
Partner with product management to turn customer needs into well-scoped engineering deliverables.
Champion front-end excellence, shipping performant interfaces that handle large-scale datasets gracefully.
Drive AI-assisted development practices across the team.
Qualifications:
Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams, with a genuine passion for people development and coaching.
Deep front-end roots - experience delivering complex, data-rich web applications such as dashboards, charting tools, maps or similar visualisation-heavy products.
Strong product sense with hands-on experience shaping priorities and outcomes alongside product management.
Active, practical engagement with AI tools in both personal and professional contexts.
