The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Data, Analytics and Systems (Tim Hortons) will lead the design and execution of supply chain transformation through data and systems. This strategic, cross-functional role drives impactful improvements across the end-to-end supply chain as part of the Supply Chain Excellence team.

This role is responsible for a range of processes and projects, with a focus on Data, Analytics and Systems to drive network performance, process transformation, systems enablement, and operational efficiency across Distribution, Planning, Manufacturing, Coffee Operations, and customer service teams.

This individual will balance strategic thinking with hands-on analysis, reporting and execution. By leveraging data, insights, systems, and industry best practices, identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable business impact to digitize our supply chain. The role requires strong leadership in navigating ambiguity, driving alignment across functions, and leading change at scale.

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Excellence, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role based primarily in Toronto, with periodic travel between Guelph, Oakville and Ancaster ON, for a total of 5 days/week in office. This role may require occasional travel to Distribution Centres, Manufacturing Plants or other locations throughout Canada and the US based on project work, as required.

Roles And Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Define and lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives aligned to Supply Chain strategic priorities

Identify opportunities to improve service levels, reduce cost, and enhance operational resilience

Champion change management to ensure adoption, accountability, and long-term sustainability of new processes and tools

Analytics & Data Management

Lead data-driven problem solving, leveraging large datasets to uncover insights, identify risks and inform strategic decisions

Develop and validate business cases, including financial and operational impact assessments

Own and evolve executive-level reporting on key supply chain KPI’s including summarizing data, preparing slides and commentary around key Supply Chain metrics (fill rates, service, cost, on-time, etc.)

Translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Design, build, and maintain supply chain reporting platforms and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and executive-ready visualization across the end-to-end supply chain

Define and govern supply chain data standards, KPI definitions, and reporting logic to ensure a single source of truth across functions; partner with IT and data engineering to maintain data quality and pipeline reliability

Apply data management principles, including data modeling, master data, and lifecycle governance, to ensure supply chain data is accurate, structured, and fit for use

Evaluate opportunities to apply advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and process mining to improve forecasting, risk detection, automation, and decision-making

Systems & Technology Enablement

Own the supply chain technology roadmap, translating business needs into prioritized system enhancements and implementation plans

Partner with IT, data engineering, vendors, and system integrators to deliver scalable solutions, maintain system performance, and drive adoption across Distribution, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Coffee Operations

Identify and automate manual supply chain processes to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and speed of decision-making

Manage relationships with technology vendors and system integrators; support contract reviews, performance management, and escalation resolution in partnership with IT and Legal

Project Management

Lead complex, multi-workstream projects from scoping through execution, ensuring clear timelines, governance, risks, owners, and business outcomes

Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, performance tracking, and executive-ready project communications

People Leadership & Cross Functional Influence

Lead, coach, and support direct reports to deliver high-quality work and build project management, analytical, and stakeholder management capability

Serve as a key connector across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, external partners, and other teams as required

Influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority to accelerate decisions and remove barriers

Required Skills

5–8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Data, Analytics and Systems implementation, Consulting, or Project/Program Management with increasing scope and leadership responsibility

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments, managing multiple priorities while delivering measurable business impact

Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate complex business issues into practical solutions

Advanced analytical capability, including expert Excel, large dataset analysis, BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and SQL; Python experience for data manipulation, automation, or modeling is an asset.

Strong executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business, technical, and operational stakeholders

Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a demonstrated drive to find efficiencies and improve ways of working

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple complex priorities concurrently

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a similar field

Experience leveraging analytics and supply chain systems to drive operational improvement, such as ERP/SAP, WMS, TMS, and planning tools, with experience translating business needs into system requirements and supporting digital transformation or implementation projects

The expected salary range is $125,000 - $150,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.

Compensation
